Information about your tour package: Your Checklist
Please note that part of your tour package for your Rail-, Coach- or Self-drive tour through Europe will be send to you by Email. This contains – most important – your Checklist which is specifically created for your personal tour.
The Checklist lists all vouchers (e.g. hotels accommodation vouchers, rental car vouchers, tour vouchers, City Card vouchers) and tickets (Rail tickets, admission tickets) which we provided to ensure that you have them weeks before you start your European tour with us. You just print the vouchers and pdf-tickets and check them on your checklist.
The Checklist also lists the password for the page your looking at right now. With this password you are able to download additional information such as General information (e.g. Airport Maps, rental car and/or rail information) and City Information for each town you visit and also information about some of the Sights (e.g. Castles, Museums). Some information will be in a pdf format, for some information we provide links to specific website, e.g. the link to the website of the official tourist information page of the city you are visiting. You do not have to necessarily print all pdf-information we provide but you may find it helpful to plan your time in each of the towns you visit.
Regarding the information we provide please note: for some of you this information will be fine since it lists some of the highlights of each city. Of course, larger cities like London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Munich, and many others have so many sights, tours, museums and activities to offer that you could fill a book! And of course, there are many travel guides for Central Europe available such as Lonely Planet, Rick Steves, Fodor’s, DK Eyewitness, Frommer’s, and many more. And we do strongly recommend to get one of those travel guide books focusing on the destination you are about to visit if you would like to have more specific information.
Information about your tour package: in case you need assistance
It is recommended to work with your checklist and to contact us before you start your tour in case you have any questions. However, there may be some clarification needed while you are on tour with us. You are holding different kind of tickets, vouchers and maybe reservations (such as seat reservations on the train) and sometimes it needs just a short phone call to clarify in case a question come up. This is why – along with your Checklist – we also provide our assistance service number. This is to make sure you can contact us in case you need any assistance while you are on tour with us. This service is available 7 days a week – also after office hours.
