Meet our Partner: The Romantic Road Association (Dinkelbuehl/Germany)

We are the official partner of the Romantic Road Association. And actually this is how we started in 2001: the first tours we designed for independent travelers were based on the routing of the Romantic Road, Germany’s best known and most popular holiday route. It runs from Wurzburg to Fussen.

Meet our Partner: The German Fairy Tale Route Association (Kassel/Germany)

We are also the official partner of the German Fairy Tale Route Association (“Deutsche Märchenstraße e.V.). When you travel along the route which runs from Steinach an der Strasse to Bremerhaven und actually follow the footsteps of the Brothers Grimm.

The route reflects where the Brothers Grimm grew up, where they studied, where they teached and and lived. This is where they had collected numerous Fairy Tales which they wrote down and published them. Unlike the Romantic Road the German Fairy Tale Route is rather “off the beaten track”, most of the small towns and villages and not touristic at all.

A very nice tour along the German Fairy Tale Route is the 10 Day German Fairy Tale & Berlin Rail Circle Tour for example which starts and ends at Frankfurt International Airport and takes you along the German Fairy Tale Route to the North Sea and to Berlin.
