We just returned home from this amazing rail trip and wanted to leave a review to let others know how well planned out this trip was. The trains were really easy to navigate and in the cities google maps broke down public transportation perfectly. The company is quick to respond and friendly. I would use them again.
An excellent way to have hassle-free independent travel. All arrangements were well thought out with our input. Hotels were always centrally located and close enough to railways to be walkable. All communications were prompt and competently answered. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to other independent travelers!
We completed the Germany Austria tour with an add on of Prague, Vienna and Budapest. I usually do bookings myself but we decided to treat ourselves to having experts do the planning and legwork on our behalf. It was a great decision. Everything went exactly as planned, information was timely and as promised. All hotels were excellent and the breakfasts amazing.
Everything was easy to understand and provided in a manner that allowed us to spend our time exploring and not on the internet!
100% recommend the company and Christian, Marie and team who assisted us and kept us informed along the way. We managed to miss the flooding but I felt confident during our travels that we would be kept informed if there were any cancellations or redirections. That was very reassuring.

Hotel choices were excellent and were walking distance to the central station. Thomas is so responsive and helpful. We customized the tour for us. All in all 5 stars. This was the first time i used a tour company but it was worth it.
First of all, let me say that we truly enjoyed our trip which was one that I had dreamed about for over 20 plus years. To see it come to fruition was a dream come true. We do appreciate your TOTAL commitment to making this dream a reality. When we ran into issues, your company was swift to react to our needs. The hotels in Venise and Naples were located in areas that could have been better, but over all were excellent. The only option that I would recommend would be to offer what we did and that was to take advantage of the “Hope-On, Hope Off” bus tours. This gives people who are not familiar with the area an excellent way to learn the city and to see places that they may want to visit such as Museums. The city passes were good once we learn how to use them to return to the museums, to places to eat and to city parks. Again, we want to thank you for your excellent service. We have been telling everyone how good your work was in helping us plan this trip, even to people that we met while we were on the trip. If we are able, we will be using your services again to make a trip back to Europe to visit places that we were not able to go this trip.
