The first step of your tour is planning the perfect itinerary. Our team of experts helps you to create a tour for you depending on knowledge and experience. For example, we know how long the rail connections are or if they require stopovers to get from one destination to another. The second step is your tour itself. Our experts are located in Central Europe, so we can talk to European service providers in case of any issues. Also, if you have questions during your tour or need immediate assistance, we will be in the same time zone as you are!
You can either contact us directly via e-mail ( info@to-europ.com ), or through our contact us form on each tour site. Once we have found the perfect itinerary for you, we require a down-payment (which is 15% of the price of the tour). The final payment becomes due one week after you received your tour documents (“tour package”), which will be sent to you 8 – 6 weeks prior to your tour.
We provide full tour packages that include accommodation (incl. breakfast), rail tickets and tour services as listed in the itinerary we will send to you, once you contact us. And of course, our service before and especially during your tour is included, too!
We usually advise you to book your tour with us as soon as your planning allows. You can book close to your departure date, but there are times when the hotels are more likely to be booked out – this is something you should have in mind when planning your tour.
Our tours are self-guided, which means you will not travel within a group or with a travel guide. This gives you the flexibility to explore each city at your own pace. But if you have questions during your tour, we are available via e-mail, and you will receive a phone number you can call for immediate assistance.
