We had a great trip visiting the Christmas markets in Germany and Austria .This was our 1st time there. We chose to do independent travel instead of a group tour and To-Europe did a excellent job! Having our hotels and rail tickets all set up for us took the stress out of the planning. Everything from the quality of hotels, location, tours that were set up for us were fantastic. I highly recommend To-Europe for your future travel plans.

I’d like to thank everyone who helped make our tour possible—it was a wonderful experience! We booked a slightly modified version of the 7-Day Munich, Innsbruck, Salzburg Rail Tour (7R03), and it exceeded our expectations. As someone who had never traveled by train before, I found it a bit overwhelming at first, but it quickly became easy after the first day. The hotels were excellent—comfortable, well-located, and staffed by friendly, helpful people. I would definitely book with To-Europe again and have already started looking at other tours they offer. Everything about our 9 day trip to the German Christmas markets was wonderful. The hotels were top notch, the directions were easy to follow with the exception of the directions from the train station to our hotel in Munich. Our trains were pretty much on time-though I have heard that that is the exception and not the rule with German trains. The tours to the castles in Germany and the Sound of Music tour in Austria were exceptional. And we loved the Night Watchman tour in Rothenburg.
Would love it if you offered a similar tour to the Scandinavian countries!

Our trip to the European Christmas markets was organised flawlessly. I wanted to see the German Christmas markets but also Alsace and finally Paris. The transfers were seamless and hotels were of a very high standard. We had no problems whatsoever with the organisation from To-Europe being to an excellent standard. To my Australian friends, book your European holiday with them. I highly recommend them.

We returned from our German Christmas market on 12/22/25. To-Europe did a flawless job of planning our trip and procuring train tickets, hotels, tours, etc. We had zero problems on the trip except for late and cancelled trains. The packet of travel information we received was a bit overwhelming, but it covered all the bases and, luckily our travel companions had done two of these tours in the past, and were able to show us the ropes on train tables, days to go where, etc. I can highly recommend To-Europe!

We had a fantastic time exploring the Christmas markets in Frankfurt, Würzburg, Rothenburg, Munchen and Tübujngen. Our lodgings were within easy walking distance of the markets and the train stations.

We just completed our 8-day Christmas Markets Tour of Germany and Austria. It was super amazing and quire exhilarating. Overall, we were very pleased with To-Europe. The customer service was outstanding! One of their staff would literally get back to my email in minutes (sometimes seconds). I also appreciated how their responses were so upbeat and caring. Every email had a positive comment like "hope your having a fantastic day in Munich!" Wow wow wow. The team were so amazing and got back to me as soon as with my concerns. I had train changes that were emailed to me well in advance. The hotels were exactly what was described and the bus company was contacted on my behalf as I get car sick. When I arrived there was a reserved sign on the front seat so very relieved. We just returned from the 9-Day Germany & Austria Christmas Circle Tour (9R01). There were 5 of us and we had two rooms, 1 triple and 1 double. The trip was so well organized and we felt like any pain points (cancelled trains) we were informed the day before and given options. We also liked that a package with day passes for Munich as well as the taxi vouchers for Hieldelberg were waiting for us at the Nuremberg hotel. The first class rail tickets worked for us as we are a bit unseasoned train travelers and I noticed that when we did have a cancellation, we were able to go to the front of the line at the rail station to have our seats reassigned.
I would highly recommend To-Europe for any Europe train travel. They make it seamless, they are super responsive and have great customer service.

To-Europe provided us a great customized tour train trip through these three. Countries. It was our first trip of this type and needless to say, we were a little nervous. All the staff at To-Europe went above and beyond in providing us with all of the information we needed. Anytime we had a question, they responded extremely fast. The hotels they selected were all great. They even monitored our train schedule and let us know if/when there were changes. It was a great trip and we would like to schedule another in the future.

My husband and I had the good fortune to find out about To-Europe last year from friends who had used them for their vacation with great success. We had always wanted to see Vienna, Prague and Berlin - my husband is a classical pianist and was looking forward to seeing where Mozart lived, Beethoven played, etc. Discovering T0-Europe made a dream trip come true, as it had been too daunting to try to figure out hotels and train travel ourselves. This was our second trip with To-Europe. We loved both of our trips (Octoberfest last year)! The arrangement for accommodations and transportation was top of the line. This was our second trip planned with “To-Europe”. All I can say is that it makes us want to “go Europe” again even more. The greatest value for our dollar in planning a trip like this! My wife and I have traveled the world for conventions due to the industry that I work within. They were wonderful aware trips and everything was planned for us. So, when that by and large was discontinued we began adventuring out on our own. When we came across “To Europe” we figured we give it a try. Well, much to our surprise, we were pleased to find the perfect replacement. We merely decided where we would like to go and what we thought we wanted to see, and they took care of the rest! We enjoyed every moment and drank in all of the sights, history and people as we made our way from Vienna to Prague, Dresden, Berlin and Frankfurt. We took a rail tour through Germany and Switzerland. We were able, without any issues, to modify our itinerary . We also requested 1st class rail seats and they were able to reserve those for us as well at an additional cost. All our hotels were within walking distance of the rail station. The hotels reservations were always ready and in nice hotels. I felt like I asked a lot of questions and that some of my requests were going to be tough to fulfill but that wasn't the case. They were prompt to reply and accommodating. The prepared schedule and itineraries were spot on, easy to follow and were more than we expected in terms of maps and instructions. It was a no brainer! They were fabulous! I would highly recommend this company. I am planning another rail trip and will be using them again. A+++

Thomas and his team customized the Rhein River tour for my student group. The hotel was amazing, the breakfasts were great and the itinerary was just what we needed for 3 days before heading to our host families and our exchange. Our trip to Germany and Switzerland was amazing with the help of To-Europe! They customized our trip so we could visit all the places on our bucket list. To-Europe was the best! We were a group of six and they accommodated all of our "wish lists". .We booked the basic package, and they made additional arrangements to meet our desires. The hotels were mainly located within walking distance of the train stations, and for the one hotel that wasn't, they included a taxi coupon. The hotels were all great. Some of them were modern, and some of them were traditional. Each hotel had a breakfast that, if it wasn't included in our package, would have cost us around $20 - $30. The breakfast choices were "fun", and met all of our varied tastes. Check in was a breeze and each hotel had our reservations. I would not hesitate to book with them again.

T0-europe arranged everything for our rail trip through Bavaria and Switzerland. All of the accomodations were great, and they gave us plenty of information on things to do and see. I would highly recommend them.

Just got back from an amazing trip that was all the better for how brilliantly it was organised by this company. Plenty of information sent to you in plenty of time in way that was easy to understand. Any questions I had, big or small someone always got back to me within 24 hours with an answer. They were friendly and approachable and I didn't have any worries about anything going wrong as I'd assume they would absolutely be across it. (Nothing did go wrong!)

Excellent tour, company was very helpful and easy to deal with. All accommodation and rail tickets were booked by company, leaving us to choose our own activities in each city. All hotels were very good standard and either easily walkable or close to public transport. We extended the tour from 16 days out to 28 spending 3 nights in most cities. I feel it would have been very rushed and overwhelming trying to fit it all in to 16 days. I would definitely recommend both the company and the tour.

What a wonderful trip! Well organized and easy to navigate. Germany and Austria were beautiful and the historic sites were certainly memorable. We recently completed a trip through Hungary, Germany and Amsterdam. We started planning and this wonderful company customized everything to accommodate our needs, Then, at our request, they completely and efficiently flipped the entire itinerary for us! Amazing!! They tracked our train travel and when a two trains were canceled or changed by the rail lines, they emailed me to tell me the simplistic ways to change trains. All of our accommodations were wonderful, offered great breakfast, were close to the train station and transportation lines and had welcoming helpful staff.
The company provided so many little extras I felt like I was getting little “gifts” along the way . Vienna City cards that facilitated all public transport. Hop on bus passes, a pass for all German museums. Really wonderful care all the way through the tour. A five star rating really isn’t high enough fir the company and it’s fabulous staff!

This was an amazing tour set up by a very detail orientated company. We went on the 10 day Christmas Market by train tour. The hotels selected were fabulous and the locations were amazing. As a fan of checklists and organization, I love To-Europe's pre-departure checklist. It allowed me to put together my vacation binder and organize all my tickets, tours, accommodations, etc. in order of use. It also allowed me to plan extra activities. I look forward to working with To--Europe again for a summer vacation next time.

Traveler Tip: If you are traveling from afar...we came in from Texas, USA I would highly recommend having them add an extra day at your first destination to acclimate to the new time zone. We had left Texas on our first flight at 7am Texas time and arrived in to Frankfurt at around 10am Germany time. Then we had to get through customs, get our bags, take the shuttle bus to the other terminal where the train station is and then take the train to our first destination, which we arrived around noon. We then only had the rest of the day before moving on to the next city. It would have been nice to have the day to relax and then sight see the following day when we weren't exhausted. This would only be needed if you are traveling a long way to get there so I can see why they didn't automatically add this day since many travelers wouldn't need it. When I do a trip there again, I will have them add an extra day ; it just wasn't something I thought about at the time.

I was thrilled when I found To-Europe to help me with our Christmas Markets trip. I knew where I wanted to go and for how long, but didn't know where to start with hotels and trains. To-Europe put us in amazing hotels for reasonable prices that were incredibly convenient to train stations, local transportation, and the Christmas Markets. We stayed in Munich, Vienna, and Prague, and all three hotels were comfortable, clean, and had large delicious breakfasts. They also booked all of our trains for our day trips and between cities we were staying in and gave us info on how to read the train tickets and find where to go so easily. The couple of times there was a schedule change, they let us know right away and we weren't surprised when we got to the train station. Their responsiveness when I had questions prior to the trip was fast and extremely helpful. We had the best time and it was made better by not having to worry about all the little details To-Europe took care of for us. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again!

TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!!!! We couldn't be happier with our trip!!! The team at To-Europe did such a fantastic job setting this up for us and arranging all of the details. No detail was too small, providing tips for travel, sight-seeing suggestions, even walking directions, all provided well in advance of travel. The hotels were absolutely gorgeous, and so conveniently located to the train stations and Christmas markets. The travel tips and suggestions were all spot on. Their planning really made everything so simple for us. And, they were so responsive!!! We ran into a couple of snags on the trip and they dove into action to ensure everything worked out favorably for us. They made follow up calls and emails to ensure we reached our destination when there was an unforeseeable issue with the trains. We just returned from a 13 day Chistmas Market trip through Germany and Austria, with stops in Nuremberg, Regensburg, Vienna, Salzburg, Munich and Heidlberg. As others have pointed out, everything was meticulously planned, well organized and easy to follow.

The hotels were very comfortable, conveniently located and with friendly and helpful staff members.

We had a few special requests such as 1st Class train tickets, extra nights in a few cities, and upgraded hotel rooms. The To-Europe team accommodated all of them.

In summary, we couldn't have been more pleased. All of the logistics were taken care of, so all we had to do was show up and enjoy our time in Europe. Kudos to Woldemar, Marie, Christian, Silke and Thomas for a first class operation and flawless execution.

We just got back from our Munich based trip. We did not want to drive or transfer luggage each day so this was a perfect trip for us. We stayed in one hotel the entire time and took day trips (by train) to Nuremberg, Neuschwanstein Castel, Innsbruck, and Salzburg. Everything was so well planned and easy. I highly recommend taking the funicular and 2 cable cars to the "Top of Innsbruck."

One overlooked the market and the other overlooked the beautiful church in the square. Even the hotelier was impressed with the service Marie gave to us. He said he had never had a travel agent respond so quickly to help a client out. As time progressed and we realized some of our previously set up train times would not work for us, I called Marie. She researched and sent us alternate options within 24 hours. That is fabulous service!

All the hotels had super friendly staff. Helpful with directions, calling taxi's when needed, and just all around nice.

We recently returned from an incredible 9-day Christmas markets tour in Germany, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The trip was meticulously planned, with a well-thought-out itinerary and excellent accommodations that were conveniently located near train stations.

That said, we did encounter a disappointing experience at Hotel Hamburger. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations, with dirty floors, bathroom, and electrical fixtures. We even had to clean the floor ourselves. However, this was an isolated issue, as the other hotels were clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs.

Despite this setback, the rest of the journey was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. The DB app was an invaluable tool, helping us navigate frequent delays and last-minute track changes, especially on regional trains.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Christian and Marie, whose efforts made this trip so memorable. Aside from the issue with Hotel Hamburger, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this tour with tour-europe.com. We look forward to planning our next adventure!

We completed a custom 11 day Christmas Market tour - Cologne, Strasbourg, Munich, Regensburg and Wurzburg. The planning To- Europe completed for us was perfect. They are the best.

We just returned from our trip to the Christmas Markets in Germany, having flown into Frankfurt. We traveled to Heidelberg, Munich, Salzburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. To-Europe did a fantastic job of planning for us! We reversed the itinerary from what was online, and added a few custom requests, and they accommodated all of our requests with no problem. We were so impressed with the level of detail and documents they provided us ahead of time, and we were able to create a binder with all the printouts of tickets, timetables, maps, itineraries, etc. to take with us. Our trip was so smooth because of it. They are so knowledgeable about the train systems and accommodations, and we feel it was so worth it to trust them when it came to booking everything. We were never in doubt about where we were to be, and when we were to go. We like traveling independently, and this allowed us to do that without any worries. The accommodations they booked were excellent and in great locations, close to the markets and within walking distance of train stations. I have already recommended them to anyone who has asked about our trip, and they will be my first choice when we travel in that part of Europe again.

We had a 13-day tour of Germany and 3-day visit with friends. Transportation was arranged and was easy to use. We use the DB rail app and that made all the difference. Although we'd been given schedules, sometimes trains were delayed or canceled. To Europe was there to assist us with our changes in train scheduling. We saw amazing sites and had a wonderful vacation. I'd like to upload photos but there isn't a link for it here. The hotels were all easy to find and the breakfasts were amazing. In Heidelberg we had to take a taxi but the vouchers were set up and easy to use. It was wonderful to go where we wanted and have the day pass to travel in the city.

We had an amazing 2 week trip to Germany, Switzerland & Austria! From the initial contact for customizing our tour, throughout any questions along the way, the TO-EUROPE team was prompt, professional, concise & accurate. You set us up with all the info we needed in a fantastically organized set of emails. Hotels were comfortable, great breakfast and an easy walk from/to train stations in safe areas. We had two minor unexpected train changes, one of which you let us know about that morning and the second, we called you and you had the new info to us in a couple of minutes. We can't say enough To-Europe. Honestly, we had never heard of them before doing a Google search, and we're so glad we found them! We customized a trip that began in Germany and continued through Austria and Switzerland. The team at To-Europe handled booking all of our train travel and accommodations, including a few tours. Several weeks before our departure they emailed us a detailed itinerary along with our train tickets, hotel vouchers and detailed walking instructions from the train stations to our accommodations. Never during our trip did we feel lost or uninformed. And, if we did have questions or concerns, we were able to reach someone by email or phone without issue. They also monitor the train schedules, and you will receive an email if there's a change in trains or delays. In our case, the tracks had been damaged for one of our trains, and a bus was provided for the remaining leg. To-Europe advised us of the problem ahead of time, so there were no surprises. Thomas, Christian, Marie and the rest of the team were fantastic, and I wish I could buy them all a beer!

We live in Canada and traveling by train is something we would not do, The trains are too slow, infrequent and distances too great. However traveling by train in Europe seemed like a relaxing way to move between cities and because the stations are located in many cases near the older parts of the cities we could stay in hotels in the area. We were looking for a 3 week rail tour in Europe and found To-Europe off their website. Without a relationship with the company, we thought it was a little risky these days. But they offered a such wide variety of tours and had a lot of reviews and information on their websites which was easy to check, I also something on Trip Advisor, so we went ahead and booked. They are terrific to deal with. Very open to adjusting and changing itineraries as you desire. Our trip was completely planned out for a a near no hassle tour. T0-Europe sent an enormous amount of detailed information, with accommodation vouchers, train tickets, train schedules, city information, directions on how to get to the hotel, and items they had arranged for different cities. The arrangements and accommodations great! We especially loved the hotel in Bratislava. We had 2 train glitches, one which Christian caught in advance and provided us good options to choose from. The other was a cancelled train during the tour and Thomas was a great help to quickly get us moving again to our next destination. We designed our itinerary to tour 13 days in Germany (Munich, Berlin, Rothenburg, Black Forest, and Frankfurt), 4 days in Vienna and 4 days in Prague. To-Europe had arranged all the accommodations, travel plan and rental car with high quality deliveries and very prompt response and support. Hotels were often meeting and even expecting our expectations and the train schedule was perfect (usually between 12:30-1pm departure time) and the seat arrangement was strategic with the luggage placement. We just completed our 7th tour with ToEurope. Our travel arrangements were wonderful. ToEurope took care of every detail for hotels and transportation. We took the Vienna Prague (Dresden) and Berlin 8 Day tour. The hotels were, well appointed, convenient to the train stations, convenient to public transportation (and/or) convenient to tourist attractions. The Vienna Cards got us public transport to and reduced admissions to the Spanish Riding School, and gardens at Shoenbrunn. (And easy transport to a much needed coffee and pastry on arrival day.). Prague was eye opening - a vibrant beautiful city that I hadn't known much about, (Now I want to go back). Berlin, with a hotel close to the Train station, (to make that early wake up a little easier to catch the 4am train to the airport.) was also a 10 min walk to the Bundestag, or a 2 stop trip on the U-Bahn to the Brandenburg Gate. This was our second trip with To-Europe, (the first being a pre-pandemic Christmas Market tour). Any issues were cleared up before we left for the airport, and the planning was done so well we didn't need to contact them while we were traveling.

We took the Germany cities 10 day tour and customised it to become 24 days. To Europe organised things that we may not have thought of, like city cards for free public transport. Being able to walk to the hotels from the train stations was excellent. We had 22 lovely days of weather and 2 record breaking rain events through southern Germany that shut down the rail networks. Without the support and help from the team we would have been stranded without accommodation but they worked well beyond normal hours until we were settled and we are very grateful.

They were monitoring our journey the whole time, which we didn't expect, and this was very useful.

The support of the To-Europe team in building an itinerary for the multi location rail tour was tremendous. We enjoyed a wonderful 14 day tour of Luther sights. The team was so helpful in customizing their 8 day Luther tour and adding some requested stops. We were given great information and communication was excellent. When we had some rail issues, we were able to resolve them and felt very supported.

We recently returned from a 8 day personalized Christmas market tour and it was everything that we had hoped for and more. Our planning began last February. We wanted to take 2 adult children and their partners . We had specific places we wanted to go. We spent 2 days in Heidelberg, 1 night in Stuttgart, 3 nights in Munich with a day trip to Nürnberg, 2 nights in Garmisch and 1 final night in Munich. All of that accommodations were first class. But Heidelberg and Garmisch were by far our favorite. We originally planned to just go to markets, but with all of the included entries to so many sights , our group had opportunities to go different directions to explore. Thomas provided all the information we needed for to get around each location. Communicating with Thomas was superb. He was always very prompt in responding to emails. The train travel went smoothly as well. We were given several options for departures. My husband and I have done a couple of River cruises, which I do enjoy. But I think I would prefer to see Europe by rail from now on. I like being able to see things at our own pace and integrate more into the culture rather than be isolated on a boat. Don’t get me wrong, river cruises are nice, but you get more bang for your buck traveling by rail. Self paced touring is much more relaxing. I would love to travel in the spring when I can pack a little lighter. But honestly, with a good roller bag, there really weren’t any significant obstacles. I can’t wait to start planning another trip.

We just got back from a wonderful trip, 3 days in Paris, then onto beautiful cities in Germany and Switzerland. The experience working with To-Europe was smooth and we had no complaints. Thomas is a very professional and dependable guy. We booked a 7 nights tour from Zurich to Budapest.Half way during the trip in Austria, one of my friend left her bags that carry passport ,cash and credit card in the train heading to Munich. Thomas arranged a terrific rail tour of the Christmas Markers in many cities in Germany, plus Prague, Vienna and Salzburg from November 27 to December 9. The hotels were close to the train stations and, therefore, an easy walk, and were exactly as described. The Heidelburg hotel was especially lovely and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The directions were all clear (although I missed one about the Munich pass as providing entry to museums) and we had a great time. There was one train issue that was not within anyone's control that cost us an entire day, but we did survive it. This was my first trip that I booked with to-Europe and I am so glad that I found them. The itinerary from Berlin through Austria and on to Munich was exactly what I asked for with some minor but fabulous additions that I would not have been aware of. The information provided on each of the cities/towns/sights I was stopping at was spot on and incredibly helpful. The hotels were all excellent and close to the city center. .
More importantly, when I discovered upon arrival at the hotel in Munich that my train tickets were not there, my email inquiry was answered immediately and the tickers arrived the next day!

This was my second trip that I booked with the TOEUROPE team, and it was fantastic, just like the first one!. I traveled with my two sons from Amsterdam, across Belgium and Germany to Berlin and then back again. The trip was highly customized with lots of logistics. The team did a great job of getting all the details nailed down.

Often you really don't know how great service is until you need it. We encountered one issue on our trip when our Berlin hotel asked us to pay for our room directly vs. using the voucher provided. I was very impressed that Thomas called me personally on Sunday night to make sure this was getting resolved---which it was!

I would definitely book again---already thinking about my next trip!

This September we took our first post-Covid trip including a few days in Belgium and followed by explorations of the Rhine between Koblenz and Düsseldorf. We enjoy traveling by train and, as always before, the ToEurope team arranged all our hotel stays and train tickets flawlessly.
We quickly learned that our plans were much too ambitious. To use a city as a base and explore further via day trips you need to stay more than two days.. We did have time for some exquisite sightseeing by canal in Ghent and Bruges. In Ghent we stayed at a wonderful little boutique hotel near the train station. Their hospitality was outstanding and personall. Our two days in Brussels were barely enough time for city strolls and visits to European Union sites and the Atomium. To-Europe provided passes to local transportation which really helped us crisscross the city. We learned that four days in Belgium are not nearly enough time to explore these lovely places.
Other highlights included a side trip to the Wuppertal suspended cross-town rail which we rode from end to end using our regional transport pass. In Koblenz we joined all the other tourists on the cable cars from the Mosel riverside to the huge Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. This site is extensive for walking, overlooks into the Rhine and Mosel Valleys, as well as the fortress itself and it deserves a visit of several hours. If you don’t stay in Trier, Koblenz is a good jumping-off point for a day trip through the Mosel Valley to this old Roman city.
We also noticed some aftereffects of Covid similar to our own country. Though still very organized, trains experienced more delays; hotels were less likely to offer early check-in but did provide luggage storage. Once or twice we had to forego an activity we has planned due to delays in travel between cities. Still, ToEurope had organized everything we requested perfectly; we never had to worry about our hotel reservations or pay for transportation along our itinerary or within cities. We expected more inflation at restaurants, but it was much less than in the USA. Thank you, Thomas and the team. We’ll be back next year.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip arranged by To-Europe. We are what you might call independent road-trippers from America, so for our first trip to Europe (Bavarian Xmas Markets), our rental car trip w/To-Europe was perfect. Having not used trains for travel before (sadly not used in our part of the world) this was potentially a little daunting, but the information we were given enabled us to approach the train travel with confidence! In saying that though, waiting for the platform number to come up on a screen at the front of a large station (some times platforms were changed from what was printed on the ticket) with not many minutes before departure, had us running, hoping we would make it and that there would still be space to stow our cases! We were helped out by nice police, holding the train for us, for a regional connection at Wurzburg when the platform had been changed.
We loved the Christmas Markets & the Medieval/Ancient buildings and history in Rothenburg Ob De Tauber, Nuremburg, Munich, Innsbruck, Coach tour to the Linderhoff & Neuschwanstein Palaces, Heidelberg and Frankfurt.
Excellent standard of hotels, fantastically located within a short walking distance of the train station (with the exception of Heidelberg, taxi vouchers provided made it very easy)
Suitcase wheels on cobbles became a very familiar sound!

We just arrived home from our 11 days customised Germany/Switzerland self-guided train tour by TO-EUROPE. This is the first time that we are using to-Europe.

Honestly, To-Europe's kind of 'tour' is not common amongst Malaysians, and when I first came across TO-EUROPE through random Google search, I was quite sceptical and doubtful but became convinced when many details provided by Thomas and Michaela were very specific and responsive. With this being our first trip with TO-EUROPE, we had lots of questions which is always answered in a quick and timely manner.

Instead of doing my own planning, we had professional help in the planning of our itinerary and it saves so much of our times and work. I have always planned our holiday and had never previously felt I needed the help to make those adventures come to life. Both Thomas and Michaela’s careful and detailed planning and hard work allowed me to have an easy mind.

The services provided by TO-EUROPE include the booking of the rail/train pass and hotels, and some day tour. Most of the train tickets and guides and timetable were emailed to us before our tour and some vouchers and admission pass were sent directly to the 1st hotel that we checked in when we arrived in Germany. The hotels chosen by TO-EUROPE were all well-rated and met our expectation.

Both Thomas and Michaela were very responsive to our requests. Everything was very well organized and communication was prompt even when we were on the road.

This was a great tour and far exceeded our expectations.

This was our first time using To-Europe. We customised the 15 day tour and added in an additional location to the Germany, Austria and Prague tour. I was first dubious about the price for what was included, but was seriously flawed at the organisation of the team and the price. Nothing was too difficult and everything provided was simple to understand. I will absolutely be coming back to the team to book my next trip in the next few years. Brilliant trip! This was our second time using to-europe. This trip was a customized family vacation to several countries that involved many hotels and trains. Thanks to Michaela and the to-europe team once again for making our trip carefree and for patience as we created our itinerary. The hotels were wonderful - clean, well located with friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were excellent quality and made for an easy start to each day. Travel was painless thanks to all the planning. Great family memories thanks to Michaela and to-europe. Will use again!
