Overall our trip was excellent and the staff was terrific helping and answering my questions. They customized my itinerary for extra days in Munich and Zurich. They rebooked my hotels to ensure I had air conditioning during the surprise heat wave. The hotels selected were all excellent and their staffs were so friendly and helpful. All bookings and train transportation were handled for us. Hotels were mere steps from the station.
There was an included bus tour in Zurich, which was wonderful, this tour of the city was excellent and worth taking.
We never dealt with a train schedule before, it was a little intimidating, but once we got used to it, the DB Navigator app worked great.
Our train back to Munich was switched to a bus for construction. Our train was delayed. Marie was wonderful and she is the one who alerted us to the Bus change. She stayed and monitored our progress and made sure we got on the bus to Munich. It felt nice to have someone looking out for us!

The trip was fantastic. It was planned effectively, the hotels were great, the stops were amazing, my only complaint was that it was over too quickly. Communication was great, a few problems with train tickets handled quickly and effectively. Everyone enjoyed the trip
Just returned from the most magical trip ever! To-Europe helped us customize a trip that was perfect for us. They responded within a day during the planning stage and gave helpful tips and suggestions. While we were in Germany, we reached out to them a couple times and they responded within minutes. The hotels were amazing and either close to the train station or what we wanted to visit. Everything was planned perfectly, communication was clear and the trip went very smoothly. Will look to use them again.
